Appearance July 25 just before Judy cut my hair off. The chemo started July 29 after having a port installed in my chest on the 28th.
I have completed the first round of chemo and the only side effects have been heartburn each night; easily controlled by Tums, Zantac, and Nexium.
We return to the hospital tomorrow for more blood draws followed by a Neulasta shot, which is intended to stimulate the migration of the stem cells from the bone marrow into the circulating blood.
Looks good, grandpa! But you still need to post a photo of you after your hair cut!
ReplyDeleteThat's my Daddy! Still handsome after all these years. Everyone wants to see the buzz cut, too.
