Today was a relatively short visit to the BMT clinic even though I had an infusion of Aredia, which I get on the 4th day of each maintenance cycle. But the rain storm kept me from getting home early. I got a printout of Monday's bloodwork and found that the Kappa Free Light Chains Myeloma marker was lower than it was on July 19, but is still labeled H as is the ratio between it and the Lambda values. Another battery of tests has been scheduled for September 8-9 and then a meeting with Dr. Tricot on Sept. 17, at which time I hope he will tell me what I can expect in the future. I will then be in cycle number 10 of the 12 that he has said he wants me to complete.
