We returned from a 3-day sojurn in Cedar City (where we attended 6 plays) to find Kings Hill Drive closed to traffic beyond the Wilson's home next door south of us. Equipment had been moved to the site, very limited excavating had been done, and several sections of black-plastic (?) coated steel culvert had been delivered. The steel plates were still in place covering the hole shown in the post of June 23.
