Awaiting letter from Dr. Tricot

Most of Dr. Tricot's observations about my condition are expressed in his dictation to a recorder during my meeting with him and I don't completely understand them until I am able to read the copy of the letter that he addresses to Dr. Corcoran. I had hoped that the letter would arrive before my visit to the BMT clinic yesterday and when it didn't come I asked the nurses about the letter and learned that Dr. Tricot left town after his clinic work last Tuesday and wouldn't return until yesterday. So he wouldn't have been able to sign the letter until his return, perhaps it will come in tomorrow's mail, it certainly did not come in today's mail. The session at the clinic yesterday was routine, but very long. I had been told last week that the Aredia infusion would take 4 hours and it took more than that yesterday and then I had to wait at the pharmacy for prescriptions to be filled. Humana won't allow more than a 30 day supply of any of the drugs that I take and for thalidomide they only allow 28 capsules, which requires me to go to the pharmacy mid-week on occasions because I take 2 capsules every other day with one capsule on alternate days so the package lasts only 19 days and doesn't fit my schedule of a visit every 7 days.
